BART Parking Payment
The easiest way to pay for parking at a BART station is with a BART Parking account.
Create a BART Parking account with a credit/debit or pre-tax parking card and your Clipper card serial number.
We will mail the parking hangtag after the hangtag fee and the initial auto load have been approved by your financial institution.
The hangtag must be displayed in your vehicle when you park at a BART station.
Once you walk through the entry fare gates, simply tag your Clipper card at a Parking Validation Machine, which triggers the daily parking fee to be deducted from your BART Parking account during the nightly cycle.
Your BART Parking account will be charged the parking fee only for the days you park at a BART station.

BART Fare Payment
You can now use Clipper, the regional fare payment card, to pay your BART fares. There are two ways to pay BART fares with the Clipper card: buy the equivalent of a BART high value discount ticket ($48 in value for $45 or $64 in value for $60) by selecting the auto pay feature, or load a dollar amount you choose onto the card as cash.
We encourage you to try Clipper. You'll find that the Clipper card works on multiple transit agencies such as AC Transit, SF Muni, Golden Gate Transit and more. It is also easier to add value to Clipper using pre-tax vouchers or cash. So, be sure to go to http://www.clippercard.com/ClipperWeb/bart/index.do to learn more and sign up for a card, or pick up a card at any of over 250 retail outlets (including Walgreens).

San Francisco International Airport and Airline Employee and Oakland International Airport Employee Cards
|

If you're employed at the San Francisco International Airport (SFO), or the Oakland International Airport (OAK), you may be eligible, depending on your employer, for a discounted fare. For SFO employees, the discount is offered for BART trips to or from BART's SFO Station. For OAK employees, the discount is offered for BART trips to or from the Oakland International Airport Station.
